Nick and Ollie are really welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very patient! The food and wine were delicious, and our guests asked to return for another lunch. I’d recommend HISC to anyone.
From arrival to leaving, was super enjoyable with the private room/bar beautifully appointed with the table laid and cosy fire burning – staff were attentive and a delight. We were able to have a Committee meeting at the comfortable seating end of the room while non committee stayed at the bar. The food was excellent as was the service and I believe that everyone were given what they had ordered!
The OPYC hope to return to HISC next summer to have a ‘lunch with a view’!
We had our works Christmas Party at HISC this December and it was fantastic from start to finish. Working with the team to organise the event was super easy and nothing was too much trouble. On the day the table and room was perfect and the staff were attentive when prepping the final bits before the rest of the team arrived. The waiting and bar staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend booking your function at this club if you want an easy going, stress free and reliable venue to host your next event. Special shout out to George who was on it with the pre-organising!
